This Limited Sources Justification is for Gartner subscriptions/licenses for research and advisory services to support the Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Acquisition Delta (SSC/SZQ). The Government intends to award a sole source call against Gartner's DoD ESI Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N66001-19- A-0049, since market research has determined that there are no other companies that provide the particular services necessary to satisfy government needs and there are no authorized resellers of the licenses associated with these services provided by Gartner.
