Please review the attached Industry Day instructions as well as the problem set that is included within. The Space Systems Command (SSC) North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) Branch (SZQN) will be fielding a classified Industry Day to solicit solutions on how a contractor can include advanced correlation and geospatial track fusion for the Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control System (CCIC2S) system. This is a followup to the same subject RFI posted back in March, titled, DATA FUSION, CORRELATION AND HARMONIZATION using the contract tracking number of FA8723-22-R-0100. We look forward to those interested in participating and working with our industry partners to see what solutions are available!

RFI for SSC/ECQ for Data Fusion, Correlation, and Harmonization The Space Systems Command (SSC) in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) Program Office is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide information relative to the harmonization of displays between missile warning and missile defense in an effort to ensure accuracy of data and maximize the consolidation of information captured. As additional data sources are integrated into CCIC2S, the tracks will require correlation/fusion from non-persistent, non-traditional data sources (to include Missile Defense (MD), Air, Space, & Intel) with ITW/AA data. The process will involve an introduction to advance correlation and fusion for CCIC2S and harmonization of data displayed to the warfighter with other N2C2 systems. The result will be to characterize threats more precisely and provide continuous tracking to the warfighter. Please see the attached RFI for additional information.
