AFLCMC/WIN manages several portfolios in support of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sensors. The portfolios pursue projects that support the United States Air Force (USAF) in meeting the requirements set forth in the National Defense Strategy (NDS) and the Next Generation ISR Dominance Flight Plan. This RFI is looking to fill those requirements by demonstrating an on-platform SIGINT to GEOINT autonomous cross-cue solution that is capable of exchanging classified information. Candidate technologies may include on-board processing for multiple airborne sensors, and sensor technologies to increase range, resolution and/or aid in rapid targeting (geolocation models, sensor-based exploitation/recognition tools, sensor networking capabilities). Candidate technologies shall incorporate classified data that will be transferred from the SIGINT sensor to the GEOINT sensor, either SECRET or TS/SCI. Candidate technologies may leverage Government Owned cross domain solution, if needed.
