In accordance with the attachments contained in this posting, the subject solicitation is being issued for the AFLCMC/XA Aeroacoustic Reproduction System (ARS) effort to develop a system to simulate the acoustic signature of an active airfield for immersive training scenarios. The Government anticipates making an award to the Offeror who gives the Air Force the greatest confidence that it will best meet, or exceed, the requirements using the best value tradeoff method.
