The United States Government is requesting a $95 million ceiling increase on FA8681-19-D-0005. Currently, the aforementioned IDIQ contract has a ceiling of $250 million to provide JDAM/LJDAM technical services, aircraft integration, and sustainment. It is a sole source award to The Boeing Company effective 01 April 2019 with a period of performance of five years including options. A sources sought was issued on 05 August 2016. A Notice of Contract Action was posted in FBO.gov on 18 April 2018, and later amended on 22 February 2019, stating the intent to solicit and award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to The Boeing Company. This posting serves as a notification of only a ceiling increase. The $95 million ceiling increase is needed to support future known and unknown delivery orders. It is for the USG portion only, the FMS ceiling remains $120 million.
