FROM: AFLCMC/EBIS 102 WEST D AVENUE, BLDG 11 EGLIN AFB FL 32542 SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/ Request for Proposal (RFP), Universal Armament Interface (UAI) SUPPORT 1. The purpose of this combined Synopsis/RFP is to notify interested vendors of the Governments intent to award a Small Business Set-Aside effort in support of the Air Force Stand in Attack Weapon (SiAW) Program. 2. The Government requests interested vendors submit a proposal for the support services outlined in the attached subject Statement of Objectives (SOO) (Attachment 1) and all Contract Data Requirements List's (CDRL) (Attachment 2). The SOO was prepared with the intent of a cost-plus fixed fee task order. The estimated period of performance of this effort is: Contract Award through 30 Jan 2027. 3. Interested vendors shall have verifiable UAI experience and able to begin work no later than (NLT) 3 weeks after contract award. 4. The cost proposal should include a breakdown of the labor categories, hours, and individual rates proposed. The proposal shall specify any materials or travel required and provide a bill of materials and copies of quotes for significant items as well as a detailed breakdown of any proposed travel, showing number of travelers, destinations, durations, costs, etc. Also, please identify any Government-Furnished Property or Base Support required for performance. 5. The Government does not intend to pay for any Bid and Proposal (B&P) Cost as a direct charge on this contract or modification. All B&P shall be billed as an indirect charge. 6. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this RFP until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFP, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 7.
