***IMPORTANT NOTE: RFP # FA865624RB002 has been updated to FA865625RB001 and are to be considered the SAME requirement*** The primary purpose of this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) En... ***IMPORTANT NOTE: RFP # FA865624RB002 has been updated to FA865625RB001 and are to be considered the SAME requirement*** The primary purpose of this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Enterprise-Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) is to provide an agile and rapid acquisition vehicle to acquire PEO Weapons program requirements with an emphasis on air armament and Digital Trinity through which air armament-related activities may be procured. This contract shall fill agency needs by placing a Delivery Order (DO) or a Task Order (TO) when short notice or unique requirements and products are identified. This contract vehicle does not have specific funding but will depend on inter-agency and outside agency funding executed through the PEO Weapons portfolio and other program funding as provided. Each request for use of this contract vehicle shall be evaluated for appropriateness. This vehicle shall not be used for Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) requirements. All contractors that provide a responsive, qualified, and unique proposal may be eligible for award as long as their proposal is received by the Request for Proposal (RFP) closing date. Duplicate or identical proposals will be considered non-responsive. Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals early to familiarize themselves with the portal process. The Government will not make award to any contractor before the solicitation closing deadline to allow contractors to update and/or edit their proposal. Each offeror is only allowed to submit one proposal. Questions shall be submitted via the EWAAC Portal at https://www.ewaacportal.com NLT 4:00pm Central Daylight Time (CDT) on 7 November 2024. All questions will be logged and provided to all offerors as an additional attachment to the RFP NLT 12:00pm CDT on 14 November 2024. There will only be one round of questions and answers. Questions received after the above deadline will not be considered for answering. Offerors shall submit proposals no later than 4:00pm CDT 25 November 2024. To assure a timely and equitable evaluation of proposals, Offeror must comply with all instructions within Section L and all solicitation submission requirements, including submission requirements within the terms and conditions and representations and certifications. Proposals shall be submitted utilizing the EWAAC Portal at https://www.ewaacportal.com and respond to the posted RFP# (FA8656-25-R-B001) in accordance with Table L-1.3. Late submissions may result in Offeror disqualification IAW FAR 15.208.
