This notice is for informational purposes only and is posted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 (a)(2)(i). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/EB (AFLCMC/EB) is issuing this justification to inform industry contractors of the Governments award of a Limited Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call via the General Services Administration (GSA) Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) to provide research and advisory licenses/subscriptions in support of strategic planning to Gartner, Inc. The period of performance was for one (1) year, 1 April 2020 – 31 Mar 2021. The point of contact for this action is Mrs. Kelli Gibbs at kelli.gibbs.2@us.af.mil. This is not a request for quotes.
