Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The AFLCMC/EBK, Rapid Acquisition Cell (RAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price Single Award IDIQ contract for specialized Tow Trailers in support of Standoff Precision Guided Munitions (SOPGMs). This announcement number is FA8656-19-R-0003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336212 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The AFLCMC/EBK, RAC at Eglin Air Force Base intends to award a 100% total small business set-aside. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Offerors must have an active DD 2345 to be eligible for this effort. Forms can be retrieved at https://www.dla.mil/. A signed copy must be submitted to the POC listed in order to receive a copy of the specification. Offerors must submit proposals for all requirements listed. Partial offers will not be considered for award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred preparing proposals in response to this notice.
