This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to provide and install an intercom system into government facilities. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other resources necessary to complete the work. Offerors must submit information demonstrating their capability to satisfy the SOW and the supplemental SOW requirements for accessing government installations. Quotes must remain firm for 60 calendar days. The government may evaluate quotes and award without interchanges.
