Armament Technology BAA FA8651-17-S-0003 CALL 01 – Development of Morphing Test Articles This CALL is for the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions directorate (AFRL/RW) in support of BAA FA8651-17-S-0003, Research Area 15 – Revolutionary Research Operations Security (OPSEC): General OPSEC procedures, policies and awareness will be required in an effort to reduce program vulnerability from successful adversary collection and exploitation of critical information. OPSEC will be applied throughout the lifecycle of any potential contract. ITAR: International traffic in Arms Regulations and Public Law 98-94 (export control) will apply. Request for CALL 01: The CALL is attached with this announcement and provides the detailed instructions on how to request the CALL documentation. This is a one-step CALL. Proposals will ONLY BE REQUESTED and ACCEPTED by interested vendors that request the CALL documentation (Statement of Objectives), and participate in technical discussions prior to issuance of the CALL proposal instructions as outlined in the attached CALL. CALL proposal instructions will not be posted to beta.SAM.gov Contract Opportunities, and will be provided under separate cover on or about 1 March 2021, with proposals being due 45 days after requests.
