This CALL is open only to U.S. universities to solicit leading-edge research from new academic collaborators for short-term seedling projects. The estimated award date is 23 June 2025. Proposals must be submitted against a single research area topic, and only select proposals will be invited to a virtual pitch day. The Government anticipates a publicly releasable classification for this work. A university may submit multiple proposals.
