CALL #01 - Miniature Self Defense Munition (MSDM) Technology Development This CALL is for the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions directorate (AFRL/RW) in support of MSDM Technology Development. Operations Security (OPSEC): General OPSEC procedures, policies and awareness will be required in an effort to reduce program vulnerability from successful adversary collection and exploitation of critical information. OPSEC will be applied throught the lifecycle of any potential contract. ITAR: International traffic in Arms Regulations and Public Law 98-94 (export control) will apply. Request for CALL #01: The CALL is being provided with this announcement and provides the detailed instructions on how to request the attachments. This is a one-step CALL. Proposals are due on 31 January 2020 at 3:00 pm central. AMENDMENT #001: The purpose of this amendment is to change the location for the Preproposal Conference. See Amendment #001 for additional detail. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS #01: The Preproposal Conference was held on 21 November 2019. A copy of the unclassified slides presented along with Questions and Answers, will be available upon request.
