The objective of this effort is to support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in both maintaining and enhancing the Contribution-based Compensation System Software (C2S2). This includes coding system software and providing help desk support to AFRL/DPPP. The contractor shall provide technical support to maintain and improve the system and user experience to effectively utilize the system. Additionally, the contractor shall conduct data analysis and collection to provide a comprehensive evaluation and provide recommendations to optimize the effectiveness and administration of the DoD Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratories (STRLs) and AFRL Laboratory Personnel Demonstration Project System (Lab Demo) for scientists and engineers, business management and professionals, technicians, and mission support personnel.
