This J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition is for an add work to the Airman Decision Making and Interface Research (ADMIRE) Contract FA8650-20-D-6207 Task Order FA8650-20-F-6209 entitled, Aerospace Physiology and Performance (APPR), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This add work to the APPR task order will be $5,000,000 and the Period of Performance will be 2021 through 2026. The Air Force intends to obligate RDT&E Budget Activity (BA) 6.5-6.7 funds in the amount of $3,500,000 and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds, for testing and evaluation purposes, in the amount of $1,500,000. Although this add work is not in scope of the original effort, it is a logical extension to the original effort of the APPR task order. The add work will involve both follow-on/continuation projects (using data, seat fixtures, and OBOGS configurations created under APPR), as well as new projects.
