This is an open, two-step Broad Agency Announcement from the Air Force Research Laboratory for white papers and potential proposals to support advanced manufacturing technology development. The focus is on inventing the factory of the future, building the digital manufacturing enterprise, and exploring additive manufacturing. The process has been updated to a hybrid structure, combining the open BAA with a closed, one-step solicitation of specific calls.
