This effort is an interim contract that will provide a period of performance of 12 months with a six month EOS Clause to allow for the award of a follow-on contract to be competed. The contract shall serve as a vehicle to provide over-arching technical support to the AFRL Delegated Technical Authority (DTA) by performing the independent airworthiness assessment of AFRL program's safe-to-fly and airworthy determinations. These assessments address a variety of scenarios that cover the breadth of AFRL missions. The contract will also provide technical writer support for management operations, graphics, and information management support.
