This effort is an interim contract that will provide a period of performance of 12 months with a six month EOS Clause to allow for the award of a follow-on contract to be competed. The contract shall serve as a vehicle to provide service support for nineteen contract Users within the HQ AFRL Executive Leadership and Functional Directorates at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Services provide support to AFRL/CC, SAF/AQ, and SECAF highly visible programs. Specific services required include project/program management support, facilitation and training support, event planning, administrative, public affairs, teaching material and instruction, communications, integrated marketing support, knowledge management support, flight safety support, special project assistance, administrative support, program protection, information assurance, workforce development, technical writing support, and most importantly the implementation of the Air Force Science and Technology 2030 Strategy.
