The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to The Boeing Company for the first five years of Contract Logistics Support (CLS) for the VC-25B Presidential aircraft. Performance of services will be at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The contractor will sustain the Presidential "no fail" mission through aircraft maintenance, modifications, supply management, training, and engineering services. Boeing is the only vendor capable due to its role as the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole owner of necessary technical data and software. Interested parties may submit a capability statement within 15 calendar days of this notice's posting.
