The Government requests that interested vendors review the attached KPP/KSA document and indicate whether or not they have potential solutions that could meet the KPPs/KSAs listed. This is NOT a solicitation, and interested vendors will not be reimbursed for the information provided. Proposals received as a response to this request will not be evaluated for contract award and no contract will be awarded as a result of this Request For Information (RFI). The Government reserves the right to cancel this request at any time.
