This is a Sources Sought/RFI for market research only and is not a solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, ISR & SOF Directorate, Special Warfare Program Office seeks possible sources for a modular, platform-agnostic Unmanned Systems controller capability. The solution must support command and control of unmanned air, ground, surface, and subsurface systems through a common operator interface and open, extensible software architecture. It integrates vehicle management, payload control, mission planning/execution, communications management, data dissemination, and operator decision support while enabling interoperability with legacy and emerging systems. Interested parties must request access through SAM.gov for the CUI attachment, which contains requirement details and response instructions, and must have proper certifications or their request will be rejected.
