Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, this notice constitutes a notice of intent to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to BC Customs, LLC. for a Internally Transportable Vehicles. A Justification and Approval will be published after the award under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); the Air Force does not intended to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
