NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The United States Air Force Material Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Special Warfare Contracting Office, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (AFLCMC/WISK) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with LAT Enterprises, Inc. through the use of a class J&A to procure a Dismounted Power Supply Solution. The requirement for a total of up to 2,924 Warrior Pak JWASP Systems with Freedom Pak (WP FP-JWASP-05) and Warrior Pak Complete Charging System (WP CCS-07) will be procured through General Services Administration (GSA) 47QTCA19D0040 over three years. The first order placed in FY2020 will be for up to 815 units.
