Air Force Plant Access Control Vetting
The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing expert services to vet government employees and visitors against authoritative law enforcement databases for personnel reliability at specified Air Force Plants. The required services include using mobile handheld ePACS to scan and validate a wide variety of credentials and conduct real-time checks against systems like NCIC/III, with a requirement for 98% system uptime. Performance will be required at Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale, CA; Plant 4 in Fort Worth, TX; Plant 6 in Marietta, GA; and Plant 44 in Tucson, AZ. Companies must demonstrate specific capabilities, including FBI CJIS and Air Force CSO approval, and are encouraged to provide detailed documentation of their experience or proposed teaming arrangements.
