Sources Sought Synopsis THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS; THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This synopsis has been issued to identify potential sources capable of meeting the Government’s Secure Room Facilities Sanitization Requirements. Solutions of interest include UVC lamps, fogger/mister devices, and sprayers. Basic requirements are listed below: Effective against COVID-19 (data required to support claims) Minimal training for effective operation Capable of sanitizing various work environments, including office-type areas with upholstered furniture/cube walls, conference rooms, and larger hangar spaces ranging from 250 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. Recommendations on which sanitizing procedure/s (i.e. UV/fogger/sprayer, etc) are appropriate for which type of environment/s. No wifi, cell, data, Bluetooth or web connections US made products For UV-C lights; will also need disposable dosimeter strips for calibration in shadow areas For UV-C lights: Product support for placement and best practices/SOPs For fogger/misters: require 6 month supply (per organization/device purchase) of cleaning solution if used daily Must be able to ship product NLT 4/10/2020 If a company believes that it possesses the necessary capabilities, and is qualified to meet the Government's requirement, it should respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis with a capabilities package. Capabilities Package The capabilities package is limited to a 5-page statement. PDF documents are required. Formatting is not prescribed. At a minimum, the package should support your company’s ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements, and provide information sufficient to support formulation of an acquisition plan, including estimated unit prices. The package shall include the following information: 1. Name of Company 2. Address 3. Point of Contact (to include phone number and email address) 4. Small Business Status (including any applicable socioeconomic category designation: Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), 8(a) certified business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) 5. Company Size and CAGE code 6. Domestic/foreign ownership status. If foreign-owned, please indicate the country of ownership) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 325612 – Polish and Other Sanitation Good Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard 750 employees. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. This sources sought does not constitute a Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be a part of this effort; in that event, clearly mark such restricted or proprietary data and present it as an addendum to the non-restricted/non-proprietary information. The Government reserves the right to contact the submitting parties as required, for further clarification on material provided. In addition, the Government will use its assessment of the information and other research to determine which sources appear qualified to perform the work required by the Government.
