The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Agile Combat Support Directorate, Simulators Program Office in support of the C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training Systems (MATS) is conducting market research to identify companies, as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the requirements for the development, production, and modification of C/KC/HC/MC/AC/EC-130J MATS training devices for the United States Air Force (USAF),and the US Marine Corp (NAVAIR). Only United States companies will be considered for contract award. The incumbent owns all proprietary data such as software or aerodynamic flight test data for all C-130J aircraft types.
