The B-2 Flexible Acquisition and Sustainment Team III (FAST III) contract will include all necessary efforts associated with the analysis, study, planning, design, development, qualification, test (including flight test), production, support, documentation, and any contractor installation of B-2 enhancements and improvements. It will also include the sustaining engineering support to analyze, design, develop and implement solutions to address problems in the field. This contract will include level of effort activities as well as discrete tasks defined by individual Delivery Orders. The FAST III contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Delivery Order contract.
