This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) submission; this is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). The AFLCMC/WWZ B-2 Division is contemplating the issuance of a Sole Source Contract with Radiant Geospatial Solutions, LLC. No solicitation is being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to either issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of this notice. Authority to issue this Sole Source contract action is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. See attached J&A for further justification. The program office intends to issue the RFP 15 days from publication of this notice. The RFP solicitation will not be publicly posted as it is the Government’s intent to award this effort Sole Source. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, contact the Contracting Officer listed on this notice and request a copy of the solicitation referencing this notification.
