This Sources Sought Synopsis is being conducted as market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to provide equipment that is representative of the C-17A Communications System and flight deck headset interface to support acoustic noise reduction (ANR) headset qualification requirements for Electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only and IS NOT a Request for Proposals. The acquisition strategy has not yet been determined. This effort is unclassified. Contractors that respond to this sources sought synopsis are reminded that a response does not guarantee participation in future solicitations or contract awards. Any and all work associated with a response to this Sources Sought Synopsis is at the sole expense of the responder. Responders shall be advised that the Government will not reimburse the responder for any costs incurred, administrative or otherwise, for any activities that are directly or indirectly associated with a response to this Sources Sought Synopsis. Please be advised that all responses will become property of the Government when received and will not be returned.
