This amended announcement incorporates Q&A, corrects a clerical error in FOPR 4 UR Price Template, and extends the offer due date to 4 Aug 2024. This announcement constitutes the Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) for the KC-46 Initial Spares (KIS) Delivery Order for Travis AFB and Tinker AFB. This delivery order is being solicited to the Unrestricted pool. Only awardees of the KIS Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Unrestricted pool shall submit a proposal for this solicitation. The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management (AFLCMC), KC-46 Division (WLC), is soliciting proposals for the KIS delivery order for Travis AFB and Tinker AFB. In accordance with the attached solicitation document, FA8609-24-R-B004, proposals in response to this FOPR are due no later than 2300 EDT on 4 Aug 2024. Proposals received in response to this FOPR will be evaluated in accordance with the KIS IDIQ Ordering Procedures. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the KIS IDIQ Ordering Procedures.
