The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Human Systems Division is conducting a Sources Sought market assessment for Next Generation One-Person Life Raft Modernization to identify potential sources with relevant expertise, capabilities, and experience. The purpose is to explore cost-effective options and obtain industry feedback on the attached System Requirements Document; this is not an RFP, invitation to bid, or commitment to issue a solicitation or award. Small businesses are encouraged to respond to help gauge potential competition and inform small business subcontracting goals. Respondents bear all costs, submissions become Government property and will not be returned, and no reimbursement will be provided. Acquisition strategy is still being determined, and market research results will help the Air Force shape it; two documents are attached for review.
