This announcement constitutes the Request for Proposal for the Maternity Flight Duty Uniform (MFDU) Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Human Systems Division (AFLCMC/WNU) is seeking industry proposals for the MFDU LRIP Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Please refer to the attached Section L Paragraph I (B) for Proposal Due Date and Delivery Location. The Government will accept questions regarding this RFP. Please submit questions using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix to the POCs listed above by 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on 17 June 2021. Updated: Attachment 1, Section L: Please refer to the updated Attachment 1, Section L, Product Demonstration Model: In order to construct the Product Demonstration Model, offerors will need the government patterns. You will need to contact the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist indicated on the face page of the solicitation to request the government patterns. In your request for patterns, please provide what pattern software you are using, along with the version number. For example, Accumark 12.2. The government will use this information to determine the format in which patterns will be delivered.
