This announcement constitutes the Request for Proposal for the Helment Mounting Solution (PLZT Mount) effort. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Human Systems Division (AFLCMC/WNU) is seeking industry proposals for the PLZT Mount Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Please refer to the attached Section L Paragraph I (B) for Proposal Due Date and Delivery Location. The Government will accept questions regarding this RFP. Please submit questions using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix to the POCs listed above by 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on 31 May 2021. Questions will be answered and posted back on beta.SAM under this announcement.
