The acquisition covers the performance, design, fabrication, and testing of Aluminum ACV Engine Containers, with three line items under the RFP. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Certain attachments have distribution restrictions and will require requesting access through the solicitation on SAM.gov. Contractors must have a NIST score of 110 and a current plan of action or a DD2345, which must be emailed to the primary POC when requesting access.
