This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract to design, fabricate, install, and test a Material Handling System. The work must be performed at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The period of performance is 330 days after the date of award. Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. All proposal documents must be obtained from and submitted through the PIEE website.
