This is a solicitation for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a Baggage Handling System at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The contract requires completion within 510 days from the date of award. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the specified PIEE application, and the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Questions concerning the RFP will only be accepted until a specified time.
