Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a Storage Aid System at Shepherd Field Air National Guard Base in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses and requires completion within 230 days from the date of award.
