Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a Mechanized Material Handling System at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The contract requires completion within 360 days from the date of award. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the specified PIEE application, and the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Questions concerning the RFP will only be accepted until a specified date and time.
