Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for the design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a High-Density Storage System at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses and requires completion within 240 days of award. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
