Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for the design, fabrication, installation, and testing of High Line Docks at various locations. The contract requires completion within 150 days from the date of award, with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the PIEE system, and the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Questions concerning the RFP will only be accepted until 8 May 2025 by 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
