Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and testing of an MMHS System at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses and requires completion within 390 days from the date of award. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. The contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award, and proposals must be submitted through the PIEE system. Questions concerning the RFP will only be accepted until 23 April 2025 by 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
