Solicitation Number FA8604-21-R-B006 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 (20 Dec 2018). This acquisition total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 333922. Small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is subject to FAR Clause 52.219-14, “Limitations on Subcontracting (DEVIATION 2019-O0003).” FAR Clause 52.219-14 states that, for “Supplies, (other than procurement from a non-manufacturer of such supplies), it will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance, excluding the cost of materials, to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count toward the 50 percent subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded.” This RFP has 15 CLINs total for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and test requirements for a Storage Aids System, at Buildings1035, RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom.
