THIS POSTING ACTS AS A SYNOPSIS/SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION FOR INFOTEC SECURITY TRAINING VOUCHERS -------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a synopsis / intent to award sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be awarded a DoD contract. This exception to fair opportunity (only one capable source), PR# F4FDBX0265A101 will be award to Infotec. See the attached Justification for details. OPTION(S) if applicable: N/A All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with the FAR. NASA SEWP pricing is required. DPAS rating is DO-A7. Anticipated Award Date is 29 September 2020 Lt Col Sean Tucker has been appointed as Ombudsman. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, evaluation of proposals or source selection process and does not diminish the authority of the contracting o?icer.
