THIS BRAND NAME AQUISITION WILL BE COMPETED VIA AN RFQ ON NASA-SEWP This is a JUSTIFICATION/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only synopsis. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be awarded a DoD contract. This exception to fair opportunity (brand-name justification), FA860420F2295 will be competed via the NASA SEWP IDIQ contract. It incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in e?ect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019- 05 This requirement is for the following products: CISCO SWITCHES as outlined in the attached bill of materials. OPTION(S) if applicable: N/A All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with the FAR. NASA SEWP pricing is required. DPAS rating is DO-A7.
