THIS POST IS A NOTIFICATION OF A CLASS JNA "FAIR OPPORTUNITY EXCEPTION" FOR THE PURCHASE OF RUBRIK This is a JUSTIFICATION/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only synopsis. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be awarded a DoD contract. This exception to fair opportunity (brand-name justification), PR# F4F1AS0246AW02 will be competed via the NASA SEWP IDIQ contract. It incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in e?ect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 This requirement is for the following products: Rubrick Backup System Storage as outlined in the attached bill of materials. OPTION(S) if applicable: N/A All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with the FAR. NASA SEWP pricing is required. DPAS rating is DO-A7. Anticipated Award Date is 25 September 2020 Lt Col Sean Tucker has been appointed as Ombudsman. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
