The subscription: 1. Must be able to provide under CLIN 0001, Small Business Database for AF Libraries, the following minimum characteristics: i. Database should provide current, up-to-date business and economics coverage with access to peer-reviewed, full-text academic journals, magazines, periodicals, reports, books, and videos. ii. The database needs to have a discovery layer, the ability to sort by source types and publication date, subject thesaurus, and viewed in HTML or PDF. iii. Search functionality should be by keyword, Boolean/phrase, options to limit by keyword or phrase, capability to cite, export, and Permalink functionality sustainable URL to return to original article. iv. This database should also provide a minimum of five (5) major subject areas: entrepreneurial guidance, business ideation, break-even analysis, business plans, and financial projections. v. Customer convenience services should include online help, online guides, supplemental resources, helpful tips, tools and templates, and deliverables on demand via email or download, and peer review articles. vi. Access to information should be seamless, minimal response time between query initiation and query results, and search results.
