NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Product description: An annual physical Video Games Plan for all Air Force MWR Libraries. This plan consists of video game software compatitble with Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch & NDS, and Wii. Product characteristics an equal item must meet to be considered: Must be able to provide materials for collection development in formats that include video games Must be able to provide material of new releases, current best sellers as well as a back catalog of older material Must be able to offer ordering through an online ordering system Must be able to dedicate customer service representative to resolve all service issues Must be able to provide at least ten hard copy video games per library/per month in the following formats: Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch & NDS, and Wii Must be able to ship to video games to at least 63 individual locations located around the world (shipping costs must be included)
