Product characteristics an equal item must meet to be considered: • The product must provide access to e-audiobooks to cover a broad range of subject matter. • The service must provide access to e-audiobooks without limiting the number of titles or the number of electronic checkouts. • The audiobooks must be able to be accessed through an app or online on any device. • Must provides titles on the professional reading list of all branches of service. • Must be able to provide educational streaming videos of lectures taught by subject matter experts. • Must have new courses added monthly. • Must have unlimited access to courses for binge learning. • Must be able to interface with the Air Force Portal, Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Marine Corps, Military OneSource, and Navy Digital Library (NDL). • Must be able to provide password embedded URL's for access through Library OPACS.
