This RFQ is for an AFIT EBIC System at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, 1,000 employees), with award made on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis. The period of performance is no later than 8 months after receipt of order, and offerors must hold quoted prices firm for 60 calendar days. Offerors must meet mandatory CMMC Level 1 assessment requirements, maintain current and complete SAM registration, and record assessment results in PIEE/SPRS to be eligible for award. Quotes must include detailed equipment descriptions, the Required Information Sheet, required representations/certifications, and all shipping and insurance costs in whole dollars conforming to the CLIN structure.
