The requirement is for an AFIT EBIC System at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH, set aside for small business under NAICS 334516 with a 1,000-employee size standard. Performance is required no later than 8 months after receipt of order (ARO). Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, and offerors must meet mandatory CMMC Level 1 assessment and SAM registration requirements. Quotes must include the Required Information Sheet, detailed equipment descriptions, shipping/insurance costs, whole-dollar CLIN pricing, and firm pricing for 60 calendar days.
