Dental Washer Disinfector CAUTION: This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources, companies that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements as specified in the Program Description below. In accordance with FAR Part 10 Market Research of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the U.S. Government is conducting market research. The intended purpose is to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet 88 MDSS/SGSM’s requirement. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Furthermore, MDSS/SGSM is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes/proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party’s expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQs, if any is issued. The Government is in need of a vendor to provide a Dental Washer Disinfector for the Wright Patterson Medical Center that fulfills all requirements in the SOW. If you lack sufficient experience in a particular area, please provide details explaining how you would overcome the lack of experience/capabilities in order to perform that portion of the requirement (i.e., teaming, subcontracting, etc.). PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The Wright Patterson Medical Center (WPMC) Dental Clinic is requesting a replacement AMSCO 5052 Steris washer system with a three level manifold rack, a protocol printer, two (2) auto docking transfer cart adapters, and two (2) auto docking transfer carts for the standard chamber washer. The contractor shall complete de-installation of old equipment and installation of new-equipment to include any facility modification that must be completed for operation of the new equipment in accordance with AAMI ST-79 standards.
